Who is Visa Vaara?

My name is Visa Vaara and I am a nature photography enthusiast from Finland. Already as a youngster I enjoyed walking and cycling in the nature and especially in forests which later inspired me to try photography.

During the past few years I've been taking photos more and more, visited numerous natural parks, learning new skills and trying to find my way of presenting the nature around us. I don't really specialize in any specific genre but rather capture nature as a whole from the smallest detail to vast landscapes and even occasionally try my skills in astrophotography.

I try to travel as much as possible and broaden my horizons but mainly my photography happens in my local area and in Finland in general.
